The Video Microscope 2002 is the Flagship Microscope in the range. This robust easy to use "hands-on" interactive microscope is built so that it can be safely left unattended within public galleries in Museums, Science and Visitor Centres.
With a vast range of applications the 2002 can magnify and display anything from coins, material samples, small rock samples through to live pond life.
With a choice of three on-screen magnification ranges, 10x-60x, 20x-120x and 40x-240x, the 2002 is a very versatile microscope.
Using the microscope could not be easier, with a clear acrylic turntable housing the specimens and motorised focus and zoom buttons giving precise control over the image being displayed. The 2002 always proves a popular exhibit with visitors.
Being modular in design the unit can be fixed to an existing surface, incorporated into an overall design theme (see examples in projects), or built into a flight case for use in travelling exhibitions.
The 2002 is supplied with a 15" LCD/TFT flat screen monitor as standard, with an option to have a CRT monitor if required. An 8 sample turntable which can incorporate up to 4 live chambers is also supplied as standard.

The top example of the 2002 has a 17" LCD/TFT Flatscreen and is finished in Green Laminate.
The example to the right has a 15" CRT Monitor and is finished in Silver Laminate.
